Has it been 2 hours and you still haven’t received an email?
Please allow up to 2 hours for your welcome email to arrive. Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folders as emails sometimes land there
Is there still no sign of our email even checking your spam and promotion folders?

When can I start the course?
Access to the training platform and all course materials officially begins on November 3rd, 2025.
If you purchased the course before November 3rd you will receive an email notification on that day that will allow you to access the platform. You will then be able to begin the course!
What if I purchased the course before November 3rd?
If you joined during our special early-access offer, please note that Kajabi access will only be activated once the course officially begins on November 3rd. Until then, keep an eye on your email for updates!
How long will I have access to the course?
Once a module opens, it stays open permanently for you. You can revisit the lessons, download resources, and rewatch videos anytime, at your own pace.
However, to get certified on the Emotion Code, you have 6 months (183 days) from the date of purchase to complete your certification*.
Most students finish in just 6–10 weeks but you’ll have plenty of time to move at your own pace!
(*Important note: If you purchased the course before November 3rd 2025, you have until May 5th 2026 to complete your training. After that time limit, students will need to purchase re-enrollment in order to complete certification)
Can I watch it whenever I want?
Yes, after a Module has been unlocked you can access all the materials whenever you want and you can go through them at your own pace and repeat as many times as you want.
I paid by bank transfer — when will I get access?
If you used a wire transfer, please allow 3–5 business days for the payment to clear. As soon as it’s confirmed, we’ll send your login details by email.
Your official access to Kajabi will still begin November 3rd but your place is already secured.
